If you dial a number and need to enter an extension or dial by name of the department or contact you're trying to connect with, simply enter the number or letter on your keyboard and Ring.io will play the corresponding tone.

To view the Ring.io dial pad key, click the Dial pad icon in the Web Phone. Enter the letter or number on your keyboard and Ring.io will play the corresponding tone to the letter or number entered.
