Caller ID, also known as CNAM, is a feature that isn't configurable from within the Ring.io admin panel, but it is supported with our underlying carrier which hosts your phone number with Ring.io. A CNAM is a 15-character name that may display when you call other numbers from that number.

What information is needed to enable register your account and numbers with CNAM?

Send an email to support@ring.io with the following information.
