Ring.io offers the ability to assign company number(s) a unique identifier for easy identification.
NOTE: This is not a Caller ID/CNAM configuration. This feature was designed to make it easier to identify the number(s) being used if your organization has multiple phone numbers. For information on Caller ID/CNAM configuration, read this help article.
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal. Open Phone Numbers and Routing in the Ring.io dashboard.
2. Select the company phone number that needs to be assigned a unique identifier.
3. Navigate to Other Settings > Enter the unique identifier in the Phone label field > click Save Changes.
4. The unique identifier will now display in the Web Phone.
