Is the Ring.io Web Phone not launching? Are you receiving the following Cluster error when launching the Ring.io Web Phone? If so, this article will guide you through troubleshooting the issue.
1. Remove the Ring.io Web Phone Extension and re-add the extension to the Google Chrome browser. This should resolve the issue in most cases but if not, continue to step 2.

2. The Cluster error can also be caused by a corrupt Google Chrome user profile, which in case a new profile will need to be created. Click the profile icon on the upper right hand corner > click Add > follow the prompts to create a new profile.
Once your new Google Chrome profile has been created, install the Ring.io Web Phone.
