To get the most out of the Ring.io Power Dialer, we recommend adding contacts to a power dialer session from your CRM. If in the case a user needs to add contacts to a power dialer session outside of a CRM, Ring.io does offer the ability to add numbers any web page, site or web app that has multiple phone numbers listed.

To add contacts to a Ring.io power dialer session > right click on the list of numbers > click Add contacts to Power Dialer.

When adding numbers from a web page, site or web app, the contact name will display Someone.
