Ring.io offers Pipedrive users the ability to add a list of up to 150 contacts to a Power Dialer session. Adding contacts to a Ring.io Power Dialer session from Pipedrive is easy and only takes a few clicks. Let's get started with your first power dial session with Ring.io!

Starting a Ring.io Power Dialer Session

1. In Pipedrive CRM, sort your calling list using the built-in filters.

2. Add contacts to a Power Dialer from the Deal, Organization, Person or Task Module.

3. To add contacts to a Ring.io Power Dial Session place a checkmark next to each contact > click the ellipsis icon (three dots) > click Ring.io Add to Power Dialer.

4. Ring.io launches the Power Dialer in a new tab displaying the list of contacts > click Start Session to start the dialing session.

Ring.io Pro Tip: If you don't see the option to add your contacts to a Power Dialer, verify that the Ring.io App has been installed to Pipedrive.
