Follow the steps below to disable SMS in the Ring.io Admin Portal

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Click Productivity Features > navigate to Business SMS
​

3. To remove Ring.io Business SMS, click Remove the SMS feature > click I Agree to confirm removal.
