The eavesdrop features allows for standard users to eavesdrop on live calls. This feature can only be enabled and disabled by administrators.

This is an ideal setting for users that don't need to be granted administrator rights but need to eavesdrop on calls for quality assurance or call coaching.

1. Log into the Admin Portal > Click the Users tab.

2. Select the user that needs eavesdrop enabled > check the Eavesdrop box to enable eavesdrop. To disable eavesdrop, uncheck the Eavesdrop box > click Save Changes

To enable and disable Eavesdrop at the account level

  1. Log into the Admin Portal > click Productivity Features

2. Click Remove the Eavesdrop Feature to disable Eavesdrop. To enable the Eavesdrop feature, click Add Eavesdrop to my account. Click I agree on the prompt to proceed.
