Follow the steps below to assign a CRM user in Ring.io.
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal. > Click the Users tab > select the User from the list.
2. Under CRM User, click the drop down and select the CRM user that needs to be linked to the Ring.io user > Click Save Changes.
