Follow the steps below to connect Ring.io to a Pipedrive account. In order to complete the integration, an active Ring.io and Pipedrive account is required.

To sign up for a Pipedrive account, click here.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Under CRM Integration, click Configure CRM.
​

3. Navigate to Pipedrive > Click Install.

4. Click Connect your Pipedrive account.

5. A new window will open prompting for the Pipedrive credentials. Click Log in after entering in the email address and password associated with the Pipedrive account.

6. Click Allow and Install to complete the integration of Ring.io and Pipedrive.
