The Ring.io sticky features offers the ability to use the same RingLocal number when dialing the same contact. This can be particularly helpful if you've already established relationships with customers using a RingLocal number and don' want to use a different number to dial the same contact.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Click Productivity Features > click Make RingLocal calls sticky to enable the text messaging feature.
