How to create an open task to the CRM

Logging an open task directly to the CRM can be performed via Next Actions in the Web Phone while the call is in progress or post call. This feature is particularly helpful in serving as a reminder for any tasks that you need to follow up on.

To do this, click Next Action > click Schedule Follow Up Call > enter the Due Date and Reminder Notes > click Save. will automatically create an open task to the CRM
