Where can I find your pricing?

Unlike many other companies in our space, we publish our prices in our pricing page

How does your pricing work?

We charge a per-user license fee. A user is a rep who uses our software to make calls, send texts, etc. This is the main way in which we make money. Your license fees allow us to build great products.

Your per-user fee depends on the Plan you are buying. The more features in a Plan, the more expensive the per-user fee.

We also charge a usage fee. This covers the expense of paying telecom companies for your calls, texts and email messages.

For calls, we charge a per-minute fee

For texts using the SMS or MMS protocol, we charge a per-segment fee

For outbound emails, we charge a per message feee

Usage fees represent a small % of your overall bill, normally between 5-15%.

Do you offer month-to-month pricing?

We ask all our customers to sign a subscription agreement that has a one year commitment.

When you subscribe, you are committing to buying licenses from Ring.io for one year.

This allows us to align your team and our team, and our success to your success. Sales engagement platforms take time to set up and fine tune, and your commitment allows us to invest our resources into your long-term success.

Can I try before I commit?

Yes! We want you to be confident when buying that Ring.io works well for your team. It's important for us that adding Ring.io to your tech stack will not be a risky proposition.

That is why we offer an extensive free trial of 1 month. You can add up to 10 reps to your trial and we will pay for all your team's calls, texts and emails while you try it.

That allows you to make thousands of calls and get extensive feedback from your reps that Ring.io makes them more productive before you buy.

Do you offer unlimited minutes? How many minutes are included in your plans?

Ring.io offers the ability to make an unlimited amount of calls but we charge a small per-minute fee for calls.

We are a software and we must work with telecom companies to originate calls to you, and to terminate your calls at the phone numbers of the people you call. Telecom companies sell us telecom minutes and we pass the cost of those minutes onto you. As a software company, we make most of our revenue from licenses, and calling credits are a type of pass-through cost for us.

What are your user minimums and maximums?

The Startup plan has a 2 user minimum and a 10 user maximum.

The Growth plan has a 5 user minimum and a 50 user maximum.

The Enterprise plan has a 30 user minimum and no user maximum.

We want your company to be super-successful with the Ring.io sales engagement platform. That takes time and effort on our part to give you great support, onboarding, training, and customizations. The user minimums are designed to ensure that we are getting enough recurring revenue from your company to enable us to give you the support and experience that you deserve.

Our plans have a maximum user limit. Here’s what it comes down to: we want our largest customers to be our best customers and to get the very best of everything from Ring.io. If you grow your team, there are many more things that we can do for you, and those extra features, care and attention cost more to deliver. This is why we ask that you move up to another tier once you add more than your current plan’s user maximum. Not only will you get more features, and a higher level of prioritized service, you also get more attention from our leadership team, and you get to shape the future of Ring.io with your own needs. It may sound counter-intuitive but the very best value from Ring.io is our most expensive Enterprise plan!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. The largest discount you can get is for paying annually (save ~30%)

We also offer volume discounts that start when you commit to buying at least 11 licenses.
