Ring.io + HubSpot Workflows

Learn how to use workflows with Ring.io to increase your team's productivity!

The Ring.io and HubSpot integration offers the ability to easily create workflows to help streamline and automate processes plus increase productivity and efficiency for the entire team. Easily keep track of customers that have enrolled in workflows to help you identify what works best for the team and results in high engagement. You can create a workflow based on an event, criteria or schedule to trigger an action to perform the following:


○ Insta-call via Ring.io

○ Send a SMS or MMS via Ring.io


○ Add contact to a Ring.io Power Dialer Session


○ Send email via Ring.io

Creating your workflow

NOTE: Ring.io + Hubspot workflows is available with a Hubspot Professional and Enterprise account


1. To start configuring your Ring.io + Hubspot workflow > Log into Hubspot CRM > navigate to Automation > select Workflows

4. Once your enrollment trigger has been created, click the + icon to add an action

5. Navigate to Connected apps > click Ring.io > select from the actions listed below. Use the actions and configurations to tailor the workflow specifically to your needs

Ring.io Place Live Phone Call

Ring.io will place a call to the contact

Select Department: Choose a department that will place

Caller ID: Choose from the following

  • Ring.io company number

  • Ring.io personal number

  • RingLocal

  • Custom caller ID number

Business Hours Protection:

  • Only during business hours

  • At any time

Ring.io Send SMS Message

Ring.io will send a text message to the contact

Sender:

  • Record Owner (or default Ring.io Admin)

  • Specific User (select Ring.io user). If this option is selected, a Caller ID needs to be selected.

Type of Message: Choose from the following

  • Free form (Draft your own message)

  • Template (select a Ring.io predefined template)

Ring.io Add to Power Dialer

Ring.io will add the contact to a Power Dialer Session

Caller:

  • Record Owner (or default Ring.io Admin)

  • Specific User (select Ring.io user). If this option is selected, a Ring.io user needs to be selected.

Add All of this Contact's Numbers?:

  • Just the main number

  • All the phone numbers

Ring.io Send Email

Ring.io will send an email to the contact

Sender:

  • Record Owner (or default Ring.io Admin)

  • Specific User (select Ring.io user). If this option is selected, a Ring.io needs to be selected.

  • Select Template (select a Ring.io predefine email template)

Here are a few sample workflows that our team has created to help get you started with creating your own unique workflow with Ring.io

Example workflow #1: Trigger an insta-call and sending of Ring.io SMS and MMS upon form completion

Example workflow #2: ​Trigger the sending of Ring.io SMS and MMS if deal meets value, followed by an insta-call and email if condition is met

Example workflow #3: ​Trigger the sending of a Ring.io templated email, Ring.io SMS or MMS and insta-call after condition have been met
