The Ring.io and HubSpot integration offers the ability to easily create workflows to help streamline and automate processes plus increase productivity and efficiency for the entire team. Easily keep track of customers that have enrolled in workflows to help you identify what works best for the team and results in high engagement. You can create a workflow based on an event, criteria or schedule to trigger an action to perform the following:
○ Insta-call via Ring.io
○ Send a SMS or MMS via Ring.io
○ Add contact to a Ring.io Power Dialer Session
○ Send email via Ring.io

Creating your workflow
NOTE: Ring.io + Hubspot workflows is available with a Hubspot Professional and Enterprise account
1. To start configuring your Ring.io + Hubspot workflow > Log into Hubspot CRM > navigate to Automation > select Workflows
3. Click Create Workflow > choose From Scratch or Template
To learn how to create workflows from scratch or using a template, refer to HubSpot's knowledgebase article.
4. Once your enrollment trigger has been created, click the + icon to add an action
5. Navigate to Connected apps > click Ring.io > select from the actions listed below. Use the actions and configurations to tailor the workflow specifically to your needs
