The Messenger section in Ring.io lets you view and reply to text messages sent to your account. This article walks you through replying to an SMS in just a few clicks.
Step 1: Open the Messenger section
From the left-hand navigation menu, click the Messenger icon (the speech-bubble icon near the top of the sidebar). This opens your list of message conversations.
Step 2: Select the conversation
In the contact list on the left, find the conversation you want to reply to and click on it. The message thread will open in the main panel, showing the full history of texts and calls with that contact.
Step 3: Open the message
Click on the message itself within the thread. This action opens the Ring.io Web Phone on the right side of your screen.
Step 4: Type your reply
In the Web Phone panel, locate the "Type your SMS here" field. Click into it and write out your message. You can also:

Once your message is ready, click the Send button in the bottom-right corner of the Web Phone. Your reply will be delivered to the contact and added to the conversation thread.
