Ring.io administrators can enable the Ring.io text messaging service. The cost for text messaging is $20.00/month per user. If your account has 5 users, we charge $20.00/month to use the SMS feature for each user in the account.

Ring.io supports text messaging for Ring.io company, personal and RingLocal numbers.

To enable SMS

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Click Productivity Features > click Add SMS to my Account to enable the text messaging feature.
