Ring.io Company Numbers: New inbound text message(s) first touch to a company number are routed to directly the Ring.io account owner/admin. A text message notification will be sent via email if the feature is enabled.

If a Ring.io user sends a text message to a prospect, our system will always route any inbound text message(s) from the prospect directly to the Ring.io user that sent the initial message. A text message notification will be sent via email if the feature is enabled.
