How to mute and place a call on hold with the Ring.io Web Phone

To mute a call, click the Mute button.

To unmute the call, click the Unmute button.

To place a call on hold click the Hold button. Only inbound calls can be placed on hold.

To unhold the call, click the Unhold button.
