This guide will show you how to place an outbound call with the Ring.io Web Phone.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Web Phone

2. Enter the phone number or contact name you need to dial in the Phone or Contact name field > Click Dial to start the call.

3. Ring.io will enrich contact data from your CRM

4. To end the call, click End Call.

5. To return to the Phone or Contact Name field from the contact page, click the X icon.
