To request to cancel your Ring.io Account, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Click the Billing tab

3. Click Request to cancel my account

4. Once the cancellation request has been submitted, a member of the Ring.io Billing team will reach out to confirm the cancellation of your account.
