The following can only be performed by account administrators. If you are a non-admin user, you can reset your Ring.io password using this password reset link.
Ring.io Pro Tip: Check your spam folder for the password reset email! If you don't receive the password after 5 minutes, please reach out to our support team at support@ringio.com
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > Click the Users tab.
3. Select the user(s) that requires a password reset > click Reset Password.
4. Click Yes on the prompt to proceed with the password reset.
5. A password reset email from support@ring.io will be delivered to the email address on the account.
