The default menus loaded for each CRM work for most users, but in the case a customization change is needed pleas submit a support ticket to support@ring.io.

Please include the following information:

Company name
Type of customization request needed

The turnaround time for a customization change is 48-72 business hours depending on the complexity of the request. A meeting may be needed so our team can get a better understanding of what is needed.
