Configure Dispositions

Dispositions are a field that allows a user to classify the outcome based on their experience or outcome during the call. To configure dispositions in the admin portal, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the Admin Portal.

2. In the IVR & Data Collection field, click Dispositions.

3. Configure the Dispositions based on your requirements. For example, if the disposition No answer is selected, will log the disposition selected to the corresponding field in your CRM. Pro Tip: The dispositions listed in your CRM must match the dispositions listed in
