Dispositions are a field that allows a user to classify the primary outcome of a phone call based on their experience or outcomes during the call. To configure dispositions in the Ring.io admin portal, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2. In the IVR & Data Collection field, click Dispositions.
3. Configure the Dispositions based on your requirements. A disposition can be configured along with a next action. For example, if the disposition 'No answer' is select, the next action can be set to 'Post conversation' email in which Ring.io will launch the default email client with a customized template.
