In order to place outbound calls, the Ring.io Web Phone needs access to your microphone. To verify Ring.io has access to your microphone, follow the steps below.
1. Click the Stacked three dots icon in your browser and click settings.
2. Click Privacy and Security
3. Click Site Settings
4. Under permissions, click Microphone
5. Under Allowed to use your microphone locate the Ring.io Web Phone, click the arrow
6. Verify that the microphone is always set to Allow
