In case of a system outage, calls to your number(s) may need to be bypassed. All inbound calls to your number will be routed to an external number/backup number. To configure a backup number follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the Admin Portal > click Other Settings.

2. Under Emergency Bypass, check Transfer my inbound calls to this Backup Number > Enter an external number where calls need to be routed > Click Save.
