Call forwarding with a Ring.io Company Number

To forward calls to a Ring.io company number to an external number, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Click Phone Numbers and Routing > Select the company phone number.




3. Under Routing > select Configure your own routing > Choose where to forward calls to from the following:

  • User

  • Department

  • External Number (if using an external number, enter the external number to call)

3. Click Save Changes > Place a test call to your Ring.io company number to verify calls are being forwarded.
