Ring.io offers full control over your caller's experience when a call is placed to a company phone number. The hold music is played back when an agent places a caller on hold. Follow the steps below to configure the on hold music.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > click Phone Numbers and Routing > the Ring.io Company Phone Number .

2. Navigate to ON-HOLD MUSIC > Choose from the standard hold music or upload a custom audio file in .wav format.
