Ring.io offers the ability to upload custom hold music to enhance overall caller experience when a user places a call on hold via Hold Button on the Ring.io the Web Phone.
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > click Other Settings > navigate to Hold Music when activated by agent.
2. Click Enable custom hold music when a user presses the hold button.
3. Click Choose file > browse to the audio file to use > click Open > click Save at the bottom of the page when complete.
