Why does my Ring.io Web Phone say 'Reconnecting'?

If the Ring.io Web Phone displays 'Reconnecting', this message indicates that there has been a drop in your network connection. Please verify your computer is connected to the internet and restart the Ring.io Web Phone by running the Magic Fixer.

We also recommend restarting your network router or modem while you're at it.
