1. In the Ring. io Web Phone, click the Gear icon.

2.) Click Magic fixer which will automatically restart the Ring.io Web Phone.

1. Open Google Chrome and click the three dots next to your profile picture > click Settings
​

2. Type Cookies into the settings field.
​

​
3. Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data.
​
​

4. Select See all cookies and site data.
​
​

5. Type Ring.io into the search field, click Remove All Shown
