If the Ring.io Web Phone is not launching, please follow the steps below to verify the display settings have been configured properly.
1. In Windows Search type Display
2. Navigate to Scale & Layout > verify the scaling is set to the Recommend or 100% > If the Ring.io Web Phone has already been installed, it will automatically launch on your desktop.
