How to enable mandatory dispositions and what is it?

Ring.io has a feature called mandatory dispositions, this adds a rule to each user in a department where they will need to disposition each call made and received, before being able to dial out any further. This allows a user/company to better categorize/tag your clients in your CRM.

This can be enabled in the admin portal at the department level:
