Live Monitor Reporting Filter

User the filters within Live Monitor to show the data you want to see.

Ring.io administrators can change the Live Monitor view to show user(s) in a department that are online, offline or on a call. For example, if the administrator does not need to see a specific department in Live Monitor view, the department can be removed from the dashboard view.

1.) Log into the Ring.io Admin Portal and click Live Monitor

2.) Click the Filter button

3.) Use the Filter Options to add/remove departments, display inbound/outbound view, stats, live calls and users from the dashboard.
