Ring.io administrators can use the Live Monitor Leaderboard board to keep track of their agents outbound calls and goals.

Outbound calls are indicated by stacked Green Bars. The Dark Green Bar indicates a call that is <1 minute, the Light Green Bar indicates a call that is >1 minute. This can be helpful in keeping track of call metrics on the fly without having to access the Ring.io reporting.

Call Disposition Goals can be defined by clicking the Gear icon
Select the Dispositions that are considered accomplished goals to the Selected column > click Save Changes

When a disposition is selected, the goal will reflect in the leaderboard. This view can help administrators keep track of agent call progress throughout the day.
