Ring.io Standard Users
Access to the Ring.io Web Phone for inbound and outbound calling
Can log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal and make any changes to user settings.
Ability to listen to own past calls (if recording is enabled), voicemails, and the department voicemails that the user is assigned to.
Can listen to everybody's past calls, voicemails, and through the dashboard all the call reporting statistics.
