The Ring.io Reporting and Call Analytics is a powerful tool to manage and oversee your company's and users call activities.

With the Ring.io Reporting and Call Analytics, administrators can:

  • Track inbound and outbound call activity by departments, users and Ring.io company number

  • Track the productivity of your entire team

  • Track inbound and outbound SMS

  • Track what your customers calling about

  • Listen to and download call recordings and voicemails

  • Schedule reports delivery via email

To access the Ring.io reporting.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > Click the Reporting & Analytics tab


Filter the reports by the following:

  • By Department - display the departments your callers selected when calling your Ring.io company numbers. This is helpful to determine which departments is receiving the most call activity and for staffing purposes.


  • By User - display the call statistics for each user in your company.

  • By Ring.io Number - if you maintain multiple company phone numbers, use this filter to display call statistics which can be used measure the impact of your advertising and outreach efforts.

  • Count - Display call statistics with numerical value

  • Percentage - display call statistics with a percentage

  • Date - Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days and custom date range


Drill down report

To view a detailed call report for a user, department or Ring.io number, use the reporting filter to narrow down what data to display. The Ring.io drill down report offers the ability to:

  • Listen to and download call recordings - click the Red record icon to download and listen to call recordings.

  • Listen to and download voicemail - click the Voicemail icon icon to download and listen to call voicemail.


Scheduled report delivery via email

Need to perform your own analysis of the call reporting? Ring.io offers the ability to:

  • Email a .CSV report via email - Ring.io will email a .CSV report to the email address entered. Choose from the following:

    Morning- last 24hr of data
    Monday- Last 7d of data
    First of the month

  • Download data as .CSV - Ring.io will download the complete all call and SMS history as .CSV file. Use the filters in Excel to build a customized report.

  • Download overview as .CSV - Ring.io will download the call history for each user with the following data:

Calls

Talk Time

Avg. Call Length

Talked

Voicemail

Called Back

Missed

Inbound

Outbound
