Simultaneous/Concurrent Calls

Question: What happens if a user receives simultaneous calls?

​Answer: At this time, Ring.io does not offer the ability to receive simultaneous calls. This means if a user is on a call and receives another incoming call, the calling party will be immediately directed to voicemail.
