Disabling Check-Out for User

Updated over a week ago administrators have the ability to disable user(s) from checking out of the Web Phone. This feature can be enabled and disabled by administrators.

  • When Taking Calls is checked = User is checked in and will receive incoming calls.

  • When Taking Calls is unchecked = User is checked out and will not receive incoming calls.

1. Log in to the Admin Portal > click Users.

2. Select the user > click the Check-Out box to disable the ability for a user to check-out. To disable this feature, uncheck the Check-Out box > click Save Changes.
