The eavesdrop features allows for standard users to eavesdrop on live calls. This feature can be enabled and disable by administrators.

This is an ideal setting for users that don't need to be granted administrator rights but need to eavesdrop on calls for quality assurance or call coaching.

1. Log into the Admin Portal > Click the Users tab.

2. Select the user that needs eavesdrop enabled > check the Eavesdrop box to enable eavesdrop. To disable eavesdrop, uncheck the Eavesdrop box > click Save Changes
