How can I configure the routing for calls back to RingLocal numbers?
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2. Click the Productivity Features tab

3. Navigate to RingLocal
4. Routing for inbound calls to RingLocal numbers can be configured with the following options:
Transfer
Last User who called the contact
User
Department
Go to Menu
Use this option to route calls to a data men
Voicemail
User
Department
End Call
This option will immediately disconnect the call
Do Nothing
This option will not trigger an action
