Follow the steps below on how to delete a personal phone number. This process can only be performed by Ring.io account administrators.

​Releasing a Personal Number

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > click Users > select the user with the personal number that needs to be deleted.

2. Click the Ring.io Personal Number

3. Click Remove Current to remove the Ring.io Personal Number
