Follow the steps below on how to delete a company or personal phone number. This process can only be performed by Ring.io account administrators.

​Releasing a Company Number
​
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Click Manage Phones & Routing.
​

3. Navigate to and select the company number to delete > click Drop this Phone Number > to confirm deletion of the company number > click Yes on the prompt.
