Converting a personal number to a company number

In some cases a personal number may need to be converted to a company number. If a user with a personal number is leaving the organization and the administrator would like to keep the number active, please contact support at to have the personal number converted to a company number before removing the user from the account. There is a $10.00/month fee to keep the number active.
Once the personal number has been converted to a company number, the administrator is responsible for configuring the routing in the Admin Portal.
