In some cases a Ring.io personal number may need to be converted to a company number. If a Ring.io user with a personal number is leaving the organization and the administrator would like to keep the number active, please contact Ring.io support at support@ring.io to have the personal number converted to a company number before removing the user from the account. There is a $10.00/month fee to keep the number active.

Once the personal number has been converted to a company number, the administrator is responsible for configuring the routing in the Ring.io Admin Portal.
