Do you have a phone number with another provider that you would like to use as your Caller ID when placing outbound calls? Ring.io offers user(s) the ability to mask an outbound Caller ID number when using this feature. Outbound calls using this feature will display the number entered on the receiving party's caller ID.

Any inbound calls to a non-Ring.io number will not be routed through our network.

1. From the Caller ID dropdown select Use your own > click the Pencil icon > enter a phone number in the Caller ID field > click Enter on your keyboard to save the number.
