Access voicemail and call recordings from the Ring.io Web Phone
Ring.io Pro Tip: Listen to call recordings from your browser or download the call recording straight from the Ring.io admin portal.
1. In the Ring.io Web Phone click the Clock icon > A new tab will open displaying the recent call history.
Listen to and download call recordings - click the Link icon to download and listen to call recordings.
Listen to and download voicemail - click the Blue Voicemail icon to download and listen to call voicemail.
To download the voicemail and call recording > click the three dots > click Download.
Access voicemail and call recordings from the Ring.io Admin Portal
1. Log into the Ring.io Administrator Panel > Click Reporting & Analytics
2. Call recordings and Voicemail can be filtered by a user, department or Ring.io number, use the reporting filter to narrow down what data to display.
Listen to and download call recordings - click the Red record icon to download and listen to call recordings.
Listen to and download voicemail - click the Blue Voicemail icon icon to download and listen to call voicemail.
