Ring.io offers full control over your caller's experience when a call is routed to a department. Configure the audio settings for a department from the following:

  • Before finding a user

  • 1 min hold music loop

  • No one available

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > click Departments > select the Ring.io Department.

2. Navigate to Audio > select from the options available.

Before finding a user

  • No message- When this option is selected, Ring.io will not play a message.

  • Announce department name- When this option is selected, Ring.io will announce with name of the department

1 min hold music loop

  • Choose between the System hold music or Jazzy hold music


No one available

  • Nobody is available- When this option is selected, Ring.io will use the default audio message 'Nobody is available'
