What is click-to-call?
Ring.io click-to-call allows for Ring.io users to connect directly with a contact while browsing on a webpage, website, email or an app that displays a phone number with just a single click. This feature can be helpful if the contact you are dialing is not in your CRM.
How to Add Click-to-Call to Your Website or App
By default, the click-to-call feature is enabled. If you are unable to use the click-to-call feature, verify the click-to-call setting has been enabled.
