Ring.io offers the ability to Click to call on all websites or Only allow click to call inside of CRM. By default Click to call on all websites is selected. This setting can be changed in the Ring.io Admin Portal.
1. Under Productivity Features > click Other Settings
If Click to call on all websites is selected, user(s) can click to call numbers outside of the CRM (eg. emails and websites).
If Only allow click to call inside of CRM is selected, user(s) can only place calls from within the CRM.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
