The Ring.io Reporting and Call Analytics offers administrators the ability to track a user's checked-in and checked-out time through the Ring.io Admin Portal.

To access the Ring.io reporting.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > Click the Reporting & Analytics tab
