Step 1: Contact your new service provider

Initiate the port out process by contacting your new service provider and let them know you'd like to port a number into their system. Their porting team will then submit a port order via their carrier who will send a request to Please let us know that you'll be porting out, that way, when we get notified by the winning carrier, we approve the port out.

Porting out takes up to 10 business days and it is your service provider's responsibility to complete the porting request.

The carrier porting fee for each phone number is a non-refundable $35.

Step 2: Watch for Notifications

Do not cancel your account until all your numbers have successfully ported out. Doing so may result in the failure of the port request and result in delays; who likes delays, right? Our team will keep you updated on the port out process from start to finish.
